1. Where did the name Bethany come from?
The name "Bethany" actually belongs to a lady who is on the committee for Bethany's. She plays an important part in my life. Bethany is an inspiration to me and I love her with every breath I take. She always encourages me even when I want to throw in the towel. Bethany is the angel that God sent from heaven to walk with me and she has been just that from the first time I met her. Bethany means a lot to me!

2. What made you want to start a support group for victims of domestic violence?
Provide a safe environment to encourage and help women and families in one on one support with someone who can relate to their problems.

- To help educate families on domestic violence.
- To help rebuild their self-esteem.
- To show them how to appreciate themselves.
- To recognize the mistakes that keeps them going back.
- To raise their kids in a better environment
- To help them to become self-sufficient.
